Who We Are
Our Pastoral Team
Tim and Melanie Marshall have devoted their lives to ministry, worship, and global missions. Tim’s journey began in Houston, Texas, under the pastorate of Rev. Verbal W. Bean, before his family moved to the Philippines in 1980, where they spent ten years planting churches and establishing a Bible college in Manila.
After returning to the United States to study at Jackson College of Ministries, Tim served as an Associate in Missions worker in Hong Kong alongside Rev. Robert Forbush. He received his minister’s license in 1989 with the United Pentecostal Church International, the same year he married Melanie Forbush.
Together, Tim and Melanie served in ministry roles in Virginia and Florida before returning to overseas missions in Australia, where they led leadership seminars, choir clinics, and organized the nation’s first UPCI music conference. Following their return to the U.S., they served as Senior Pastor in Madison, Indiana, as associate pastors and evangelists, during which time Tim was ordained, and their family grew with the birth of their two children, Dustin and Alexis.
Pastor Marshall has had the Honor of being in 18 Countries and in all 50 States in the USA. He has preached in all but a few of those countries he has visited. Tim and Melanie have taken Missions Teams to several counties have have witnessed thousands of People receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost.
Today, Tim and Melanie Marshall are honored to serve as pastors in Lewiston, Idaho, continuing a lifelong calling to lead, equip, and shepherd people with faith, humility, and a heart for revival.
Bishop Jerry & Fayetta Holt
Rev. Jerry Holt became Pastor of New Life Apostolic Church in January 1996. He and his family had previously served in Hong Kong and China, where they spent 13 years establishing an International and Chinese Church and working with the underground churches in China.
He and his wife, Fayetta, are both graduates of Christian Life College (WABC) in Stockton, California.
They have been in the ministry for over 40 years helping people come to a revelation of God’s purpose and plan for their lives.
Pastor Holt has a burden to see the Word of God be effective, the Power of the Holy Spirit to be poured out and the Name of Jesus magnified in every service. Come and experience the difference!
Fayetta Holt served with her husband for thirteen years in Hong Kong and China where she home schooled her three daughters who are all married now and have added five grandchildren to the family all of whom she loves very much. Bishop and Sister Holt are deeply loved by all who know them. They retired in February 2026 but are still active in Global Missions and Evangelist Ministry.
